AI.NUDE.com ("AI.NUDE.com," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at https://ai.nude.com (the "Site"). These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and AI.NUDE.com covering your use of the Site.
By using the Site, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, you must not use the Site.
We may change these Terms at any time by posting a new version here and updating the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

1. Adults only
The Site contains sexually explicit material intended only for adults. By using it, you represent that:
- you are at least 18 years old, and at least the age of majority where you live if that is higher;
- viewing adult material is legal where you are;
- you are not accessing the Site on behalf of, or allowing access by, anyone underage.
The Site uses an age-verification service. You agree not to bypass, disable, or interfere with it. If you are under 18, leave the Site now.
2. What the Site is
AI.NUDE.com is a discovery and review site for AI companion platforms. We publish profiles of AI-generated characters, photo and video galleries, guides, and reviews. We do not operate the AI companion platforms we feature, and we do not provide chat, accounts, subscriptions, or any paid service on the Site.
The Site is not intended for use in any jurisdiction where it would be unlawful. If you access it from such a place, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for complying with local law.
3. AI-generated content
Every character on the Site is fictional and AI-generated. None depicts a real person, and all are depicted as adults. Any resemblance to a real person, living or dead, is coincidental. Character names, personalities, and biographies are creative works.
Descriptions of third-party platforms, including features, prices, and statistics, are based on information published by those platforms at the time of writing and may change without notice. Check the platform itself for current details.
4. Affiliate links and third-party platforms
The Site is affiliate-supported. Many links and buttons take you to third-party platforms such as Swipey, deshow.ai, and Swipey Partners, and we may earn a commission when you sign up or make a purchase there. This does not cost you anything extra.
When you leave the Site:
- your relationship is with that third party, under its terms and privacy policy, not ours;
- we do not control, and are not responsible for, its content, products, pricing, billing, availability, or conduct;
- a link from the Site is not an endorsement of everything on the other site;
- any purchase, subscription, or dispute is solely between you and that platform.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise noted, the Site's design, text, graphics, logos, and media, and their selection and arrangement (the "Content"), are owned by or licensed to AI.NUDE.com and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Third-party names, logos, and images remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify their products.
You may view the Site and print or save a copy of pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, scrape, redistribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any Content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Requests: privacy@nude.com.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you agree we may use them for any purpose without obligation to you.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of these Terms or our Site Rules;
- bypass, disable, or interfere with age verification, security features, or access restrictions;
- scrape, crawl, or systematically download the Site or its media by automated means, except ordinary search-engine indexing;
- frame the Site, or hotlink its media, without permission;
- tamper with affiliate or tracking links, or generate fraudulent clicks or traffic;
- upload or transmit viruses or other harmful code, or place an undue load on the Site's servers;
- copy, decompile, or reverse engineer the Site's software except as the law allows;
- use the Site or its Content to harass, harm, impersonate, or mislead anyone.
We may block access to the Site, including by IP address, for anyone we believe is violating these Terms, with or without notice.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the Site and how it's used. By using the Site, you acknowledge it.
8. Changes and availability
We may change, add, or remove any part of the Site, including profiles, media, and links, at any time without notice. We don't guarantee the Site will always be available or error-free; it may be interrupted for maintenance, technical problems, or reasons beyond our control. We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time.
9. Disclaimer
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE CONTENT OR OF ANY THIRD-PARTY SITE LINKED FROM IT, AND WE DO NOT WARRANT, ENDORSE, GUARANTEE, OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE OFFERED BY A THIRD PARTY. YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI.NUDE.COM AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY SITE LINKED FROM IT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI.NUDE.com and its owners, affiliates, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Arkansas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at privacy@nude.com and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved individually, not as a class or representative action.
13. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Site Rules, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. We may assign our rights under these Terms at any time. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship. You agree that electronic notices and these electronically posted Terms satisfy any requirement that they be in writing.
