I've always been a bit of a rebel, even back when I was growing up in the 80s and early 90s. My family was pretty traditional, but I had this wild streak that got me into all sorts of trouble. I remember getting caught sneaking out to go clubbing with my friends when I was just a teenager – it was always an adventure, but it also made my parents worried sick.
As I got older, I started to realize that there were other ways to express myself and have fun without breaking the rules all the time. But sometimes, you know, you just can't help yourself. That's why I started making my own homemade videos in the style of VHS tapes – it was like a way for me to create my own secret world where anything could happen.
Nowadays, people are always talking about how technology is changing everything and how we're living in this new digital age. But for me, there's something special about going back to basics with analog equipment – the grainy texture, the fuzzy sound… it all feels so real, you know? And besides, I think it adds a certain charm that just isn't possible with digital recording. So even though it's not always easy, I keep on doing what I love and creating my own little world of beauty and wonder.
