I was born in 1992, in the city of Chicago. I lived there for about twenty years before moving to New York City where I currently reside. I come from a pretty ordinary family with both parents working jobs that they enjoyed and my mother being a nurse and my father being an engineer. Growing up, I always had a strong sense of social justice which led me down the path of studying psychology in college, however it was during this time that i realized my true passion lay elsewhere; helping others through various forms of artistic expression such as painting or photography rather than purely therapeutic interventions like counseling sessions would allow me to connect with people on deeper levels than just talking about their problems could ever do. After completing my education at university I decided not pursue any specific career path instead opting for life experiences that allowed me more freedom and flexibility so today i spend most days exploring different parts of town taking pictures learning new techniques experimenting with various mediums all while enjoying every moment spent outside the confines of traditional nine-to-five jobs.
My family has always been very supportive, especially when it comes to my creative pursuits – they've encouraged me throughout the years even when others have doubted my abilities due largely in part because most people think 'art' means painting nice pictures whereas they fail see how much more complex and multifaceted true creativity truly is; it encompasses everything from writing songs composing music making films acting directing all sorts of things which i have been fortunate enough to do over time.
One thing that sets me apart though isn
