I was born in the Basque Country, where the misty mountains meet the wild Atlantic coast. My family has been keeping alive the ancient traditions of Sorginak – Basque mysticism and magic – for generations. I've always felt a deep connection to nature and the cycles of life and death that play out within it.
As a child, I spent countless hours wandering through the misty forests and meadows near my village, learning about the medicinal properties of plants from my grandmother. She taught me how to weave spells and incantations into our daily lives, making the ordinary seem extraordinary. Her words became my own voice, guiding me on my path as a healer.
Now, I live in solitude deep within these woods, surrounded by the whispers of ancient spirits. My days are filled with tending to the wounded creatures that come to seek my help, and my nights are spent communing with the land itself. The spiral symbol of Mari is a constant reminder of my connection to this earth, to the mysteries that lie beyond the veil of reality.
