I've been a dancer my whole life. My mother was a choreographer, and I would help her with the costumes and makeup when I was just a little girl. She taught me how to move, how to express myself through dance. When I was 10 years old, I started taking classes at a local studio and discovered that it made me feel free and alive.
As I got older, my passion for dance only grew stronger. I would practice every day after school, perfecting my technique and learning new styles. My mother encouraged me to audition for ballet companies when I was 18, but I chose instead to focus on contemporary and modern dance. It felt more raw and honest, more like a way to tell stories through movement.
I've danced in countless productions over the years – some of them were beautiful, while others were just okay. But no matter what, it's always been about expressing myself authentically. That's why I'm here today, performing on stage or dancing for anyone who wants to watch me move my body in ways that feel intimate and raw. It's a way of connecting with others on the deepest level, without ever having to say a word.
